Our Affiliate membership is available to those whom work alongside the real estate industry.  To those that offer services beneficial not just to real estate professionals but the clients they serve.  

 

Becoming a LUTAR Affiliate Member and being active in our community cultivates working relationships that benefit all contributors.  It provides our members with resources and support within our communities.

Besides the obvious sectors that service real estate such as mortgage lenders, home warranty companies, insurance agencies, and title companies.  Builders, home repair and remodelers, movers, legal providers, photographers and media companies benefit from networking opportunities within the real estate field.

Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of Realtors® encompasses nine counties located throughout the "Thumb" Region of the state of Michigan.  Our members are located in the following Michigan Counties:  Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Oakland and Macomb.
