Becoming a LUTAR REALTOR® Member and being active in our community cultivates working relationships that benefit all contributors.  It provides our members with resources and support within our communities.

Our REALTOR® Membership is available to licensed agents and brokers in the state of Michigan and grants you membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Michigan REALTORS® (MR) as well as Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS® (LUTAR).

Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS® encompasses nine counties located throughout the "Thumb" Region of the state of Michigan.  Our members are located in the following Michigan Counties:  Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Oakland and Macomb.
